That is not what we do here. We are not interested in providing a quick fix, short term solution. We pride ourselves on helping those that need more than a simple diet or meal replacement service. We help those that need a true individualized approach to weight loss.

“I lost 166 pounds by following Michael Mountain’s Weight Loss Program! My name is Kathy and I have had a big weight problem since age 2. I was an overweight toddler, obese teenager and when I was in my twenties and thirties I weighed over 300 pounds. I struggled with Depression, sadness, loneliness, negativity, and was in pain just trying to lug my 323 pounds out of bed each morning. I was tired all the time and had no energy. I turned to food to fill all the above. Binge eating and emotional eating was my specialty. All my life I ate tons of fast food.
I was addicted to fast food! Anything from burger places, taco shops, donut places, sandwich shops, to name a few. I ate cookies, candy, chips, soda, and loved going to all you can eat buffets! I ate like this my entire life. I tried fad diets a few times and lost some weight but always gained it back plus tons more.
I’d lose 40 pounds and get off the diet and gain 80 pounds.
November 1, 2014 I was 41 years old, weighed over 323 pounds and finally ready to make that lifestyle change and I started with
Dr. Michael Mountain. I didn’t tell anyone that I was doing this because I had tried to lose weight so many times in my life and failed and it’s embarrassing. I always felt like I embarrassed my parents and my brothers with my size. I just want to state I never had any weight loss surgery of any kind. It’s because I Love food!
